Panhandle Health District has a seven-member Board of Health that represents the five northern counties of Idaho. Each county's Board of Commissioners appoints one or more representatives to the Board of Health. A physician-representative also serves on the board. Each trustee serves a five-year term.
PHD's Board of Health meets at PHD headquarters at 8500 N. Atlas Road in Hayden. The board meets the fourth Thursday of each month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the second-floor board room. Board meetings are public.
