Education
PHD supplies information on where contaminants are and how to avoid exposure. PHD advises on how to break existing barriers and how to select and install new ones.
Sample Assistance
PHD identifies areas of concern that may need to be sampled and provides information on land use versus barrier durability. PHD will collect samples and provide sample analysis where appropriate.
Clean Soils
PHD provides clean soil and gravel to site residents for small projects involving the removal of less than one cubic yard of material.
Disposal
PHD provides access to sites for disposal of contaminated soil and debris generated by excavation, demolition and/or construction activities sitewide.
Contractor Licensing
PHD maintains a list of contractors licensed to perform work regulated by the ICP.
Tracks Projects
PHD maintains a record of construction activities by property. This information is available to assist with land transactions within the Bunker Hill Superfund site.
