Annette,After reading the reports from other participants, it sounds like there needs to be more documentation on every aspect of the problems we're seeing.  To preserve our fresh water and up grade the environmental and health laws and because of growth and how to handle it is important.  It looks like we are headed in the right direction finding out what needs to be done and getting all the stats that are needed .  I really feel then we can put a policy together and give it to the commision or legislature to have them approve with the recommendations.  I will contact you when I return home about the 10th of July, Herb Heisel
