The Panhandle Health District's Women, Infants and Children program is an educational service designed to help women, infants and children with their nutrition needs. |

Foods provided by the WIC program:
- For infants (under 12 months)
- Infant cereal
- Infant juice
- Infant iron-fortified cereal
- For women and children ages 1 to 5
- Milk
- Cheese
- Iron-fortified cereal
- Fruit juice high in Vitamin C
- Eggs
- Dried beans or peanut butter
